Yoga has been clinically shown to be an effective form of therapy for over 50 health conditions and research continues.  TriYoga is a particularly therapeutic yoga method due to its origins and systematic approach.  We offer private consultations for a variety of conditions.

Lorraine (Lorrie) Jacobsohn RN, MSN (Masters of Science in Nursing), PMHCNS-BC (Psychiatric and Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist – Board Certified), TriYoga Teacher Basics—L2. Lorrie is a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist with expertise in Trauma, Sudden Bereavement, Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence. She teaches Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, Yoga for Trauma, and oversees nursing programs within the Therapeutic Yoga Teacher training program. 
 
Lorrie provides yoga therapy services for those suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, sudden bereavement, sexual assault and domestic violence. 
 
 

  

Brahmi (Beth Gold-Bernstein), Director TriYoga Boston, E-RYT 500, Senior TriYoga teacher and Teacher Trainer. Brahmi has been practicing yoga since 1976 and TriYoga since 1993. Over the past 36 years of practice, Brahmi has personally experienced the therapeutic benefits of yoga, healing back problems, chronic wrist problems, and recovering from shoulder and knee surgery, 
 
Brahmi provides yoga therapy services for alignment correction, back pain, shoulder pain, chronic pain management, and injury recovery.
